Refund and Return Policy

While we strive to ensure every product reaches you in perfect condition, we understand there may be rare instances requiring a return, refund, or exchange. Please read the policy carefully to understand the conditions and process involved.


Return Policy

  • Our return policy is valid for 3 days from the date of delivery.

  • To be eligible for a return, refund, or exchange, the product must:

    • Be unused

    • Be in the same condition in which it was received

    • Include the original packaging

  • This policy applies only to products purchased from ImperiumAroma.com.


Eligible Return/Exchange Scenarios

Products can be returned, exchanged, or refunded only under the following conditions:

  1. The product has a manufacturing defect

  2. The product is damaged or broken upon arrival*

  3. The package contains items other than those ordered

  4. The package is incomplete (missing one or more items)

* In case of damaged/broken products, customers must report the issue within 24 hours of delivery with photos or videos. Reports made after 24 hours will not be eligible for return/exchange under this category.

How to Initiate a Return, Refund, or Exchange

If your order qualifies under any of the above conditions:

  1. Please fill out the form explaining the issue Exchange Form
  2. Attach clear photos/videos of the product (especially if damaged).

  3. Our team will review your request and get back to you with further steps.


Refund Process (If Applicable)

  • If your return request is approved, we will arrange for a pickup of the item(s).

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), you will be notified of:

    • The receipt of the return

    • The approval or rejection of the refund

  • If approved, the refund will be processed within 7 business days, and the amount will be credited to the account provided in the return form.

Note: Shipping charges and gift-wrapping fees (if any) paid at the time of placing the order are non-refundable.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund within 7 business days of approval:

  1. Double-check the bank account details provided.

  2. Contact your bank to verify any pending transactions.

Sale Items

  • Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds.

  • Sale/discounted items are non-refundable.


Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are available only for defective or damaged products.

  • If you need an exchange for the same product, submit the issue through the Exchange Form.

  • Our team will coordinate the exchange process once your request is validated.
